Double hinged expansion joint with weld ends

Double hinged expansion joints are formed of two bellows connected with central pipe. Each bellows is designed to allow angular displacement in one plane only what is result of tie elements (hinge plates and pins) and as set expansion joint compensates lateral movement.

With application of these expansion joints, high values of movements can be compensated, advantage of this type is elimination of needs forrobust fix points because force due to internal pressure is taken over by tie elements.
